Church of the Divine Child offers the following faith formation opportunities for Parish students not attending Divine Child Elementary School.
Written registration per child is required for all religious education classes. Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration unless prior arrangements have been made. Completed registration forms and paid tuition can be returned to the Religious Education Office at Divine Child Elementary School or to the Rectory Office.
Sunday Preschool
Faith formation classes for children age three through kindergarten are offered on Sundays September through April. Classes are held in Divine Child Elementary School from 9:15 AM to 10:30 AM The children learn about their Catholic faith through singing, crafts, Bible stories and games. Every year, parishioners are invited to a Christmas pageant and a vocal concert presented by the Sunday preschool students.
Tuition per year/ per student is $70.

Grades 1-6
Religious education classes for children in Grades 1-6 are offered on Mondays beginning in September through late April/early May. Classes are held in Divine Child Elementary School from 3:55 PM to 5:15 PM. These classes provide religious formation for those parish students not currently attending Divine Child Elementary School. Preparation to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist for the first time is offered in the 2nd Grade. Completion of one year of formal religious education is required prior to receiving these sacraments in the 2nd Grade.
Tuition per year/per student is $100.

Grades 7-8
Religious education classes for children in Grades 7 and 8 are offered on Sundays beginning in September through late April/early May. Classes are held in Divine Child Elementary School from 9:45 AM to 11:15 AM. Each student is responsible for meeting his/her own Sunday Mass obligation. These classes provide religious formation for those Parish students not currently attending Divine Child Elementary School. Preparation to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation is offered throughout both 7th and 8th Grades. Completion of both 7th and 8th Grade religious education is required to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the 8th Grade.
