The Divine Child Parish Pastoral Council serves as a consultative body to the pastor and acts as a coordinating and unifying structure within the parish family.
The Council provides the means to achieve full participation of the entire parish in its mission by giving all parish members a voice in supporting, guiding, and directing the various and varying aspects of parish life. It functions as a focal point for the visions, hopes and needs of the community, reflects upon them until a consensus is reached, and translates the consensus into planning by establishing goals and objectives. The Parish Pastoral Council assures that the established goals and objectives are implemented by the various Council Commissions and Committees, and reviews the goals and objectives annually.
